I have been neglecting the weight training this winter. Not a good thing, as upper body and core strength are very important in the latter miles of a marathon. 3 easy miles on the treadmill followed by a circuit of upper body and core strength training.
Tomorrow is a 20 mile long run. The weather is supposed to be 40 and raining - I never should have mocked Mother Nature......
