03/27/07 - Wake Up Call

After last week's reduced mileage, it was a wake up call to look at my training schedule for this week. 12 miles scheduled for today with 7 of those miles at a pretty fast pace. It ended up being a good workout, but it takes an early wake up call and some good organization to get these longer runs in and still make it to work on-time!
